Ta Da..Mrs. Gomez is on the scene
Today I went to the RMV - I am now Mrs. Megan Ottensman Gomez. They didn't even ask for a marriage license. So, if you have any the inclination, you could go and change your name to anything you want, without any documentation whatsoever. I could have become - Princess Consuela Banana Hammock, if I had wanted. Or maybe... anything really.
Anyway. For all of you that were trying to become ordained ministers, do not worry. Crisis averted. I overcame the evil state of New York....ha ha ha!!!

Sorry to all those who may have been looking forward to a 2nd wedding. Although, I would say that it'd have been hard to object had the name change been to "Princess Consuela Banana Hammock"... in fact, I may yet push for that if it's really as easy to change your name as Mrs. Gomez claims.
